Where do I purchase a physical gift
card?
Our physical gift cards are available for purchase and use at all stores
in Singapore, except Changi Airport.
Can I choose the value of my physical
gift card?
Physical gift cards are in fixed denominations of S$20, S$50, S$100,
S$150, and S$200.
Can I change the value of my physical
gift card after making the purchase?
Unfortunately, the value of the gift card cannot be changed after
purchase.
Can I purchase multiple physical gift
cards?
Yes, you may purchase multiple physical gift cards in a single order,
and the maximum value of each gift card is S$200.
For bulk or corporate orders, please contact our customer service.
Can I purchase a physical gift card
alongside other items in the same order?
Yes, the purchase of gift cards can be combined in a single receipt with
other CHARLES & KEITH items.
Can I enjoy membership privileges for
the purchase of physical a gift card?
No, membership privileges cannot be used for the purchase of a physical
gift card.
Does the purchase of a physical gift
card contribute to the qualification of membership?
No, the purchase of a physical gift card does not contribute to your
membership spending.
Which payment methods can I
use?
We accept payment via credit card, debit card and PayPal in stores.
Can I return a physical gift
card?
No, gift cards are strictly non-returnable. They cannot be refunded or
exchanged.
Redemption of Gift Card
Where can the physical gift card be
used or redeemed?
The physical gift card can only be used in non-airport terminal SG
stores and in currency it was bought in.
When does a physical gift card
expire?
The physical gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Extension of the validity period is strictly not
allowed.
Do I have to redeem the full value of
the physical gift card at once?
No, you may make a partial redemption. The remaining amount will be
stored in the physical gift card and you can check
your balance at all stores in Singapore, except Changi Airport.
Can I use multiple physical gift cards
for one purchase?
Yes, you may use multiple gift cards for one purchase.
Do my purchases contribute towards my
membership if I purchase them using my physical gift cards?
Yes, your purchases contribute towards your membership spending even
when you use your gift cards.
