Do I need to have an account to shop
at CHARLESKEITH.COM?
Having an account with CHARLESKEITH.COM will speed
up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You
can sign up for an account before
shopping or create one before you head to checkout.
You also have the option to shop through guest checkout. However, your
information will not be stored and you will not be able to check or make
amendments to your order if you have opted for guest checkout. If you
change your mind, you can still create an account after placing your
order using your current details.
What are the benefits of creating an
account?
By creating an account, you will be able to:
- Checkout faster by saving your address in your Address Book
- View your order status and history under My Purchases & Returns
- Save your favourite items in your Wishlist

- Head to 'MY PROFILE' and scroll down till you see the 'Delete My Account' option
- Upon clicking 'Delete My Account', you will be prompted to key in your password for confirmation.

How do I sign in to my account?
Enter your email address and password into the Sign
In field.
How do I reset/change my
password?
Head to the Sign In page and enter your
email address under Forgot Password. You will receive an email with a
link to reset your password.
To change your password, sign into your account and head to Change Password. You can also
do this through your Account Details page.
How can I edit/update my account
details?
Sign in to your account, head to My Account and
then to My Profile. You can then
edit/update your particulars.
How can I edit/update my billing and
shipping addresses?
Sign in to your account, head to My Account and
then to Address Book. You can then
edit/update your billing and shipping addresses and save them for future
orders.

How can I become a CHARLES & KEITH
Privilege member?
To join us as a member, all you need to do is to make a purchase at
either CHARLESKEITH.COM (Singapore
site) with a registered account or at one of our CHARLES & KEITH
retail stores in Singapore.
You are entitled to a Silver membership if you purchase anything below
S$250. If you purchase S$250 and above of CHARLES & KEITH products
in a single receipt, you are entitled to a Gold membership.
For a Silver member to become a Gold member, you can either make a
one-time purchase of S$250 and above, or accumulate purchases up to a
total value of S$500 within a year. You can make your purchases either
in-store or online to be eligible for this upgrade. Your transition from
Silver to Gold membership will be automatically activated.
Your membership is non-transferable and valid only for registered
customers. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of
privileges will result in the termination of membership by CHARLES &
KEITH. CHARLES & KEITH reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of its
programme without prior notice. The decision of CHARLES & KEITH
shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute arising out of or
in connection with transactions made with membership privileges.

Can I use the promo codes I receive
via email at retail stores?
Only selected promo codes can be used at retail stores currently. Do
approach our friendly retail associates with your email to redeem the
promo code.
To use your promo code online, enter the code at the checkout page and
make sure you have signed into your account when making the online
purchase.
How do I activate my member
privileges?
Registered via online account
- Once you become a CHARLES & KEITH privilege member, you will automatically enjoy the privileges at your next purchase when you shop with your online account at CHARLESKEITH.COM (Singapore site). A confirmation notification will be sent to your email address to inform you about your privilege membership status before you can start to enjoy your member privileges online.
Registered via retail store
- You will receive an email within 7 working days to activate your online membership. If you have not received an email after 7 working days, please contact our customer service department at customers@charleskeith.com for further assistance.
Can I get to enjoy the member
privileges immediately on the purchase which qualifies me to be a member?
No, your privileges can only be used after your membership has been
activated at both a CHARLES & KEITH retail store in Singapore and
online at CHARLESKEITH.COM (Singapore site).
Can I enjoy my membership privileges
in overseas stores?
Member privileges are only valid in the location where the privilege
membership has been registered. Memberships registered through CHARLES
& KEITH retail stores overseas and on other sites are not valid at
CHARLES & KEITH retail stores in Singapore and online at CHARLESKEITH.COM (Singapore
site).
Will my privilege membership
expire?
No, your privilege membership will not expire.
