Lunch At Tofuya Ukai
The day began at Tofuya Ukai, a charming restaurant nestled at the foot of the iconic Tokyo Tower. Our fashionable guests indulged in a sumptuous spread of tofu-based dishes accompanied by a captivating traditional koto performance. Following lunch, they ventured outside into Tofuya Ukai’s picturesque Japanese gardens, capturing photos against the backdrop of stepping stones, pine trees, and wooden bridges to commemorate the Instagram-worthy moment.
Upcycling Workshop With Cote Mer
Our guests had the opportunity to participate in a workshop organised in collaboration with Cote Mer, a local brand that revitalises scraps of kimono and textile fabric. They could create their own clothing and design by hand, and were provided with pieces of fabric featuring the L’initial monogram print to incorporate a distinctive touch into their handcrafted designs.
