Our team is working hard to ensure all tertiary institutions are part of this special promotion. Currently, these are the schools we have partnered with:

My school is not in the list above, what can I do?

If your tertiary institution is not listed, you are currently not eligible for the student discount. You can send in your request to customers@charleskeith.com and the relevant department will look into it.

Can I use the 10% off student discount at all CHARLES & KEITH stores?

No, this promotion is valid only for online purchases on https://www.charleskeith.com/au.

How long is the discount valid for?

It is valid year-round on all full-priced items for the duration of the time that we have partnered with your tertiary institution. CHARLES & KEITH reserves the right to terminate the discount without prior notice.

Can I use the discount with other CHARLES & KEITH accounts after I graduate?

No, the discount is tied to your school email address. Should the discount be used by anyone other than the intended user, it will be withdrawn without notice.

How do I use the discount?

Once you set up an account, you will receive an email with a promo code that you can use for your online purchases.

If you do not have an existing student account with us, you will be required to create one online to enjoy the discount.
