Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have extended our return policy validity period from 30 days to 60 days to offer you more flexibility when you shop with us online. However, as we enter the next phase of the pandemic and restrictions ease, we are reverting our return policy to 30 days with effect from 11 January 2022.

All returns must be done within 30 days of purchase in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached.

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns of, or refunds on earrings unless it is defective or a wrong item sent.
